INTERNATIONAL REPRESENTATION

 

In addition to Euroshareholders, Adicae is member of Consumers International, where we participate directly carrying out investigations, contributing to the debate on policies, lobbying on international subjects, sending delegated to events and international negotiations and contributing to the financing of the organization through the quota.

We also act in several european Working Groups, like:

• FIN-USE Experts Group, as a permanent member.
• Payment System Market Group (PSMG): ADICAE has attended to several meetings to study several issues, such the impact of the unification of means of payment as a result of the implantation of the Single Euro Payment Area.
• Fraud Prevention Expert Group (FPEG): ADICAE has attended to several meetings to analyse the rules of communication to the citizens in the matter of prevention in means of payment, as well as to reinforce the security of the systems of payment and involve citizens in fraud prevention and the possibilities that offer the new technologies, considering current technological development .
• Financial Services Consumer Group (FSCG).ADICAE, besides being the member in representation of the Spanish consumers, was one of the impellers of this Group realized in the cooperation between the DG Internal Market and DG SANCO.
