PARTICIPATION OF SMALL SHAREHOLDERS

ADICAE works in favour of small shareholders, which are biggest group of shareholders in many large companies, to make them heard by the Directive Boards.

We have been present as representative of small shareholders in the Shareholders General Boards of big Spanish companies which have had some conflicts with shareholders, like Telefonica and big Spanish banks.
